After relocating from Switzerland to Naples, Oliver founded ONE Connect & Care with a vision of combining trusted technology support and lifestyle assistance to help people live more confidently, independently, and connected. Together, Oliver and Aleksandra are building a business centered on personal relationships, compassionate service, and genuine care.
After years of helping family, friends, and clients feel empowered by technology, Oliver recognized a need for support that is not only technical, but also personal.

Founder & Owner
Oliver specializes in patient, secure, and hands-on technology support for individuals who value dependable and friendly assistance.
Certified as a Google IT Support Specialist, Microsoft IT Support Specialist, and in Cyber Risk Management, he helps clients confidently navigate devices, applications, and everyday digital challenges. With extensive experience in the Swiss banking industry, most recently serving as a Chief Information Security Officer, Oliver brings banking-level trust, discretion, and reliability to every client interaction.
What he enjoys most is helping people feel comfortable and confident with technology. Whether setting up a new device, improving digital security, or answering everyday technology questions, Oliver believes that patience, clear communication, and personal support make all the difference.
Aleksandra Cester
Operations Manager
Aleksandra provides warm, practical support designed to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable. Her focus includes shopping and errands, lifestyle refresh services, meal planning assistance, and personalized support.
With a professional background in both banking and customer-focused boutique environments, she brings reliability, discretion, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to personalized service.
Aleksandra enjoys helping people create more comfort, organization, and balance in their daily lives. Whether assisting with everyday tasks, refreshing a living space, or simply providing a helping hand, her goal is to ensure that every client feels valued, supported, and genuinely cared for.
